Roles & Responsibilities:

The Accountant position involves the management and analysis of financial information to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and policies. This role is pivotal in supporting financial decision-making and maintaining the financial well-being of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, encompassing general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting, including variance and trend analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and uphold accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, audit, and tax to facilitate financial and operational objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
