About the Job:

We are currently seeking a Document Controller with a strong background in contracting or consultancy within the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing contracts and related documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or a degree from a technical college.
- 5 years of experience in contracting or consultancy within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of contracting processes, project management, and consultancy practices.
- Proficiency in navigating legal and technical aspects of contracts.
- Preferably of Indian or Filipino nationality due to work visa requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of contracts and related documentation within construction and consultancy projects.
- Support coordination between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Review and analyze contracts, identifying critical components and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Assist in project planning, monitoring, and execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Provide support in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations as required.

Skills:
- Solid experience in contracting or consultancy within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of contract management processes and legal aspects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within a team and across various project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
