Job Description:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Actively search for new sales prospects through various channels, including market research, outbound calls, and emails.
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to introduce them to client services.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of client products and services through presentations and product demonstrations.
- Articulate how the client can address the specific data extraction needs of potential clients.

Consultative Selling:
- Understand client's needs and business challenges and recommend tailored data extraction solutions to address those needs effectively.

CRM Management:
- Regularly update and maintain client and lead information in our HubSpot CRM system. Ensure all interactions, deals, and communication history are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead the negotiation process, draft proposals, and secure client commitments to close deals successfully.

Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using our CRM system.

Sales Targets and Performance:
- Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide feedback to the team on market insights and client requirements.

Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Share feedback, best practices, and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales with at least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology or data-related industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of data-related products or solutions is a plus.
