Our client in Qatar is seeking a dedicated Call Center Operator (Arab – Female) to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a high school degree or equivalent, prior experience in call center or customer-support roles, and the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent.

Previous experience in call center or customer-support roles.

Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Capability to handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Strong active listening and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
