1. Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
2. Process Understanding:
- In-depth understanding of processes involved in total trade occurring across multiple borders of a country.
3. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Customs, trading community, clearing agencies, port operators, other government agencies, financial institutions, and non-commercial organizations.
4. Availability:
- Presence in Bahrain during the implementation and execution phases of the project.
5. Experience:
- Several years of experience in managing technical projects.

- Nationality:
- Preference for Arabic nationals based in Bahrain.
