- 2+ years of experience in the banking industry.

- University Degree in Computer/Engineering Science (B.Sc. or equivalent).

- Good understanding of enterprise technologies, including RDBMS systems and CRM solutions.

- Must be fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.
- Ability to travel often to client sites.

Analytical skills, the ability to understand customers' business objectives, and conducting presales training are integral to this role.
