Full Job Description: IT Support Specialist
Description:
1. Hardware Troubleshooting:
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues on desktop and laptop PCs.
- Ability to replace hardware components as needed.
2. Windows 10:
- Proficiency in Windows 10 installations, troubleshooting, and support.
3. Printer Management:
- Experience in installing and maintaining various printers, including Inkjet, laser, and dot matrix printers.
4. Office 365:
- Familiarity and experience with Office 365, with a focus on Compliance & Security.
- Knowledge of Exchange Online.
5. System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM):
- Experience with SCCM Version 2002, including pushing updates and Windows deployment.
6. Palo Alto Cortex Admin Center:
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Cortex Admin Center for network administration.
7. Software Installation:
- Experience in installing software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops.
8. Network Troubleshooting:
- Basic troubleshooting skills for network, software, and printing issues.
