1. Client Management:
- Maintain the existing client base and cultivate relationships.
- Develop new clients in the logistics sector.

2. Service Excellence:
- Provide a continuous and high standard of service to clients.

3. Sales Targets:
- Achieve logistics sales targets, including both revenue and volume metrics.

4. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate revenue reports within the set time frame.

5. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow revenue.
- Identify and target prospective customers.

6. Execution:
- Execute the sales strategy, tactics, and guidelines to build a new client base.

7. Credit Management:
- Monitor and update credit limits for existing and new clients.
- Issue Spot Credits.
- Emphasize aging and payments for effective credit management.
