Position Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. The Sales Representative will play a key role in researching and contacting prospective businesses, preparing sales presentations, and managing the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and community events.

2. Research and contact potential customers using industry databases, social media, and the company website.

3. Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and materials, including equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.

4. Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective companies.

5. Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.

6. Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.

7. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including negotiating contracts, renewals, and providing training to customers’ employees.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong research and prospecting abilities.

4. Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.

5. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing revenue goals.

6. Knowledge of industry databases, social media, and sales management tools.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
