About the Team:
As part of the Careem Food team, you will be working with a dynamic and autonomous group of individuals, ranging from Careem veterans to new team members, all united by the values of ownership, ambition, and service to customers, partners, colleagues, and captains.

Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships as the main point of contact, ensuring the engagement and satisfaction of key restaurant partners.
2. Growth: Drive business growth of accounts and improve their commercial and operational performance.
3. Analysis: Analyze data on accounts performance, making decisions backed up by data to enhance the performance of key accounts.
4. Performance Meetings: Conduct monthly merchant performance reviews and formulate plans for the next month based on discussions.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders in supply, merchant, and customer domains to meet growth objectives.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Account Management and Commercial roles.
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort analyzing data.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications.
