What You'll Do:
As a Martech Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Careem businesses to deliver impactful campaigns through personalization, automation, and content enrichment. Here's what you'll be responsible for:

1. Optimize Outbound Marketing Channels:
- Optimize the performance of outbound marketing channels, including Push, WhatsApp, Email, etc.

2. Experimentation and Scaling:
- Manage an experimentation roadmap to test and scale new features/constructs for increasing the impact of CRM initiatives.

3. Gamification and API Integration:
- Support in driving the usage of gamification constructs across CRM channels.
- Lead Martech projects requiring API integration with external technology partners and in-house platforms.

4. Analytics and Automation:
- Collaborate with the data team to set up a data pipeline to track content performance across all CRM channels.
- Lead initiatives on CRM Analytics to monitor the health of CRM channels and provide recommendations.
- Leverage automation to reduce manual intervention and optimize content operations.

5. Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure events and customer attributes are accurately configured.
- Support the CRM team in setting up complex campaigns and troubleshooting campaign issues.

What You'll Need:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to CRM platforms like Braze, Moengage, Clevertap, etc.
- Proficiency in email coding (responsive design - HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid) languages.
- Exposure to Python, Javascript, and SQL.
- Experience in creating Restful APIs to communicate between internal microservices and external tools.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch or Figma (good to have).
- Experience in creating dashboards using tools similar to Tableau/Power BI (good to have).
