Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a Customer Intelligence CRM Email Analyst, your role will be pivotal, and your responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the initial point of contact for managing and resolving customer inquiries pertaining to the CRM process.

• Assessing customer issues and delivering logical, enduring solutions in adherence to established processes.

• Identifying problems and escalating them as needed, ensuring prompt responses and adhering to specified timelines.

• Assisting customers through calls or emails, verifying information in accordance with the correct process.

• Operating effectively within a collaborative team environment and contributing to a positive team dynamic.

• Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks within the given deadlines.

Skills:

• Preference will be given to candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 1 year of contact center experience in a Soft Skill-driven environment.

• Proficiency in the English language is essential, with preference for proficiency in Arabic as well.

• Excellent communication skills, both written (Email) and verbal (Voice).

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor's Degree.

Proficiency in computer skills, including all MS Office packages.
