Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting insurance products, and generating leads. This role involves explaining policy details, assessing customer needs, and recommending suitable insurance options.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote insurance products.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain insurance policies, coverage details, and benefits to potential customers.
- Needs Assessment: Assess the needs of customers and recommend suitable insurance policies that meet their requirements.
- Information Provision: Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance products, pricing, and terms.
- Follow-Up: Maintain communication with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.

Preferences:

- Arabic speakers are highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and policies.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
