Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and report data to provide insights for decision-making.
- Build cross-functional partnerships, both internally and externally.
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Maintain a competitive market knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various stakeholders.
- Update Dashboards and create new Key Performance Indicators as needed.
- Perform profitability analysis for items, actual vs theoretical COGS, productivity, marketing actions, channels, and P&L.
- Manage forecasting and budgeting processes, including covers projections, price increase impact, menu change impact, consolidation, analysis, and data presentation.

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Experience working with decision-makers in a financial capacity.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management abilities.
- Excellent people and communication skills, able to work collaboratively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting various financial requests and special projects.
- Open-minded, eager to learn, and possess a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analytics/tools.
