Professional Job Description: Assistant Branch Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist Branch Manager in legal matters, debtors follow-up, etc.
- Manage Bank Guarantee and Performance Bond (Tender Bond).
- Coordinate budget activities across all divisions and ensure accurate entry in SAP.
- Conduct monthly physical cash verification and check bank reconciliations.
- Provide day-to-day reporting to the General Manager of Salalah Branch.
- Manage HRMS timesheet approval and maintain leave records.
- Respond to internal audit queries and ensure compliance.
- Handle overtime processes and address payroll-related queries.
- Conduct physical inventory (stock count) and post relevant documents.
- Release purchase orders and manage accountant responsibilities.
- Handle rental billing for labor camps and outside parties, including scaffolding rental.
- Collect rent and prepare monthly salary slips for SSI & below employees.
- Release sales orders and perform checks on trial balance & P&L.
