Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Budget and Reporting Supervisor. In this key role, you will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Budget Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor the organization's annual budget.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Track and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal requirements, and internal policies.

- Conduct financial forecasting and modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Assess the financial impact of various scenarios and provide proactive recommendations.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in budgeting and reporting processes.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for budgeting and reporting.
- Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.

Education & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or a related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, Chartered Acc.) is a plus.
- Financial Modeling: Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
