As a B2B Sales Representative, you play a crucial role in achieving annual objectives, meeting sales targets, and optimizing customer satisfaction in alignment with the company's mission and vision. Your responsibility involves providing technical knowledge, professionally presenting furniture, and recommending solutions for enhancing existing products and services. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

- Work towards achieving annual sales objectives and meeting sales targets on a regular basis.

- Utilize technical knowledge to effectively present and promote the company's furniture.

2. Customer Satisfaction:

- Optimize customer retention and awareness rates through professional presentations.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction that contribute to revenue generation.

3. Increase Company Customers Base:

- Develop strategies to expand the company's customer base within the B2B segment.

- Identify and target potential clients to increase market reach.

4. Cross-Selling:

- Promote and cross-sell other company products to existing and potential clients.

- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to encourage cross-selling opportunities.

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the wood and furniture industries.

- Outstanding negotiation skills to meet external companies' expectations and cover their business needs.

- High potential to achieve assigned targets in alignment with the company's mission and vision.

- Stay updated on furniture trends, new products, and after-sales services in the market.

- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
