English Tele- sales Representative

Job Title: English Tele-sales Representative

Majorel Egypt is seeking an experienced English Tele-sales Representative to join our team in Cairo. This full-time, non-remote position is ideal for a young professional with sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products and services
- Answering customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Entering and updating customer information in the database
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Required Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
