Job Description

Job Title: Training Manager


Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage trainers and oversee the daily workflow.
2. Set action plans related to training department complaints.
3. Determine the training team's stationery needs and follow up with the administration team with full control of consumption.
4. Review the performance of trainers and coaches, monitor their results, and provide direction for ongoing performance and result improvement.
5. Manage trainers' performance and responsibilities, reporting the performance to the direct manager on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
6. Provide the client with training plans and identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide training performance and efficiency reports.
8. Follow up and audit reports concerning the Training team.
9. Identify training needs and provide recommendations on programs and activities.
10. Ensure trainees' safety through training, company policy compliance, training rules, and supervision of the trainees.
11. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality and training processes.
12. Evaluate the delivered training efficiency (training results, surveys, etc.).
13. Conduct and manage effective induction programs and coordinate training activities.
14. Create and enhance training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials and presentations.
15. Design, deliver, and administer training programs for different criteria.
16. Review and maintain the consistency of the materials.
17. Select appropriate training methods or activities.
18. Perform a periodic (quarterly) verification for agents and annually for supporting functions and trainers.
19. Create the refreshment agenda regarding low-performance agents.
20. Review the knowledge updates and remove obsolete data regularly.
21. Determine the needed action for the newly hired to enhance their quality.
22. Conduct staff training.
23. Ensure understanding and compliance with Majorel vision, mission, and values and follow regulatory Majorel policies and procedures.
24. Ensure subordinates comply with the code of conduct and policies.
25. Cooperate with the Quality team to handle Quality calibration, the third error, and major updates.
26. Coordinate with all internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of training processes.
27. Work with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and continuous cooperation.
28. Ensure that all the processes of the Training meet COPC Standards and requirements.
29. Evaluate team performance in accordance with COPC standards.
30. Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
31. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing teams.
- Excellent level of English.
- Experience in training is preferable.
- Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
- Passion for teaching and public speaking.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of assessment protocol.
- Knowledge of competency assessment.
- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
- Presentation and problem analysis skills.
