Job Overview:
As a Restaurant Ambassador at Accor, you will be the ambassador for exceptional service and cuisine, embodying the hallmarks of the food & beverage experience. Your personal attention, warm demeanor, and knowledge of outstanding offerings will make guests feel unique and valued. From greeting guests to handling cashier duties, you play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Interaction:
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the restaurant according to the highest standards.
- Serve guests efficiently with flair and a courteous manner.

2. Menu Knowledge and Recommendations:
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food & beverage items, including allergens on the menu.
- Recommend food & beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
- Act as a salesperson by upselling hotel promotions, especially in F&B.

3. Team Collaboration:
- Assist other team members to achieve greatness and maintain cleanliness throughout the cluster.

4. Flexibility and Additional Duties:
- Be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability.
- Handle all cashier duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage.
- Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
