Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Barista with expertise in juice and smoothie making, combined with cashier experience, to join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience specifically in juice and smoothie preparation, coupled with cashier responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, juices, and smoothies according to established recipes and standards.
- Possess expertise in crafting delicious and nutritious juice and smoothie creations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately as a cashier.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and cashier station.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality and consistency in beverage and food preparation.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and menu offerings.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista, specifically in juice and smoothie making.
- Previous cashier experience is required.
- Nationality: Filipino.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
