Job Title: Pakistani Cook

We are currently seeking a skilled Pakistani Cook for our client based in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking traditional Pakistani dishes, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook, specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
- Familiarity with traditional Pakistani dishes such as Karahi Gosht, Korma, Biryani, Chapli Kebab, etc.
- Ability to prepare and cook food using various utensils and grills.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials to meet specified standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials to ensure they meet specified standards and specifications.
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling.
- Adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions and customer preferences when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cook, preferably specializing in Pakistani cuisine.
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani cooking techniques and recipes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
