Job Title: Experienced Cake Decorator / Cake Designer

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Cake Decorator / Cake Designer for one of our high-end outlets located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 - 8 years of previous work experience in the Food & Beverage Industry. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:
1. Create 3D cakes (cars, bags, shoes, etc.) according to client requirements.
2. Create 3D figurines using fondant (superheroes, human figurines, animals, etc.).
3. Paint on cakes, write cake messages, etc.
4. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Resourcefully use edible items for cake decorations.
6. Decorate cookies, cupcakes, etc.
7. Produce several types of cakes and fillings based on client requirements.

Requirements:
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Experience: At least 5 - 8 years' previous work experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Other Requirements:
- Speak with customers to determine their goals for their cake.
- Use a variety of methods and tools to bring the customer’s vision to life in the form of a completed cake.
- Ensure that display cases are clean, organized, and appealing.
- Operate cash register.
- Answer customers’ questions regarding their cakes.
- Maintain inventory and keep the store clean and sanitary.
- Artistic and creative nature.
- Excellent customer service skills.
