Job Title: Helper (Coffee Shop)

Location: Al Ain

Job Description: We are currently looking to hire several Helpers for our Coffee Shop in Al Ain.

• To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a similar field. As a representative of our brand (Cafe/Restaurant), you are expected to be polite, courteous, approachable, and ready to assist customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly attitude.

2. Attending daily or regular meetings with managers to stay informed about menu changes and occasional specials.

3. Assisting customers in placing their orders, answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and special offerings.

4. Recording customer orders accurately and conveying them to the kitchen staff for preparation. Serving food and drinks to tables, checking in with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and delivering additional courses as needed.

5. Preparing bills for customers and processing payments, whether by cash or credit card, and returning any change as necessary.

Benefits: Salary: AED 1200 to AED 1400 per month
