Job Opportunity: Facility Management and Project Manager **Job Description:** **Job Purpose:** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Facility Management and Project Manager to oversee and manage all facility management projects within DP World KSA in Port &amp; Terminal, and Logistics across the kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance, improvement, and efficiency of utilities, buildings, and infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing FM subcontractors, supporting departmental budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for infrastructure and utilities projects. **Key Accountabilities:** **Facility Management:** 1. Prepare and manage the annual budget for the Facility Management and Facility Department. 2. Ensure the delivery of Facility Management services to a high standard, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 3. Lead Energy Management and Environmental/Sustainability initiatives for facility management. 4. Support the development of FM contracts and contractor management. 5. Oversee the management of Hard Services and Soft Services for facility management, including Asset Management across DP World facilities. 6. Develop and implement a facility management program, including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements. 7. Lead the FM Helpdesk services and systems. 8. Inspect areas in need of maintenance or repair, ensuring safety and compliance. 9. Set relevant KPIs for monitoring FM contractor performance. **Projects:** 1. Develop project requirements based on guidelines and support project design and supervision. 2. Plan, organize, and prioritize construction, maintenance, repair projects, and development projects. 3. Review project plans and make recommendations for modification within approved parameters. 4. Monitor construction and repairs to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and regulations. 5. Oversee project invoicing, change orders, and variations. 6. Direct responsibility for development and oversight of new construction or remodels. 7. Lead digital transformation initiatives for Facility Management, automating and systemizing manual functionalities. 8. Collaborate with the IT department to identify and implement digital technologies into Facility Management. 9. Oversee the deployment of new technologies, ensuring training for Terminal staff. **Other Responsibilities:** 1. Develop reports for running projects and facilities maintenance. 2. Control project, facilities maintenance, and housekeeping progress. 3. Analyze internal processes and recommend procedural or policy changes. 4. Develop long-term forecasts related to departmental goals and projects. 5. Attend major investment-related meetings and finalize business plans. 6. Establish and implement Performance Testing Standards and Best Practices. 7. Maintain performance criteria for reporting staff. 8. Monitor and analyze budgetary expenditures. 9. Maintain safety, discipline, and compliance with safety standards. 10. Reporting accidents and ‘near misses’ in accordance with defined safety procedures. **Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:** - Experience in Infrastructure and utilities maintenance &amp; Civil Works: 5 to 10 years (mandatory), 10 to 15 years (preferable) - Minimum experience in managerial role: 5 to 10 years - Experience in the port industry is preferred. - Graduate/Bachelor’s degree, Civil Engineering preferred. - Fully conversant with safety standards. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and project management software. - Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both writing and speaking). Job Opportunity: Material Management Supervisor Job Description: Job Purpose: DP World Jeddah is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Material Management Supervisor to oversee the efficient functioning of material management and stores at our facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling various activities and resources related to inventory, documentation, planning, controls, digitization, and KPI management. The role requires adherence to international and local standards, with a focus on safety, reliability, effectiveness, and efficiency. Key Accountabilities: 1. Recommend and formulate formal procedures and processes aligned with company policies for the warehouse/inventory functions. 2. Provide accurate documentation related to specifications and standards of spare parts, overseeing warranty issues, items, and claims. 3. Measure and monitor the warehouse's service quality against agreed KPIs, implementing necessary recommendations for improvement. 4. Lead DP World Jeddah's warehousing digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities for enhanced practices that create value for customers, employees, and stakeholders. 5. Generate regular reports to assist in inventory analysis and stock control. 6. Liaise closely with other departments to provide a high level of service, managing internal collection and delivery as necessary. 7. Organize the team to work in three shifts, 24/7, ensuring stores' safety, security, and protection at all times. 8. Follow up with Procurement on PR and PO progress, delivery times, and customs clearance documentation. 9. Manage contracts consignment inventory, checking prices and invoices received from material contractors. 10. Monitor inventory value and turnover to ensure availability for high-consumed materials while avoiding overstocking. 11. Oversee and manage the daily issuance of fuel, ensuring adequate availability. 12. Manage the collection, tracking, and proper disposal of recyclable spare parts waste. 13. Provide training to warehouse staff members to ensure proper inventory control. 14. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with DP World's Safety Environment Policy, standards, and procedures. Skills: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of related work experience, preferably in the port/industry sector. - Bachelor's degree in SCM/Warehouse Management, Engineering degree is a plus. - Professional training specialized in Supply Chain/Warehouse Management. - Advanced communication skills in both Arabic and English. - Computer literate with experience in Office Applications and Maximo. - Awareness of safety and environmental procedures.

Job Title: Trailer Driver Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Safely and efficiently operate trailers to transport goods to designated locations. - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating trailers. - Inspect trailers before and after each trip to ensure they are in proper working condition. - Load and unload cargo onto trailers using appropriate equipment and techniques. - Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including time of departure and arrival, and any incidents or issues encountered. - Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any concerns or changes. - Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and maintenance of trailers. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on trailers, such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels. - Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo as needed. - Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
