Job Description

Job Title: Wellbeing and HR Support Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure the consistent promotion and delivery of wellbeing services across the organization. The Wellbeing and HR Support Specialist will contribute to enhancing staff confidence, resilience, and knowledge in coping with their work. If you have 3-5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field, and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, we encourage you to apply.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Wellbeing Services:
- Work with the HR Manager to ensure consistent promotion and delivery of wellbeing services.
- Develop staff confidence, resilience, and coping skills.

2. New Suggestions and Feasibility:
- Receive and assess new suggestions for feasibility.
- Provide recommendations to HR Management.

3. HR Strategy Implementation:
- Assist in implementing the HR strategy with a focus on enhancing the induction program for new joiners.

4. Recognition and Engagement Plans:
- Support HR Management in implementing approved recognition and engagement plans.
- Enhance employee productivity and performance.

5. Exit Interviews:
- Act as the point of contact for employees who have resigned.
- Conduct exit interviews and translate outcomes into activities that enhance employee well-being.
- Provide detailed reports to HR Management.

6. Wellbeing Planning:
- Contribute to wellbeing planning by identifying future organizational needs.
- Propose, research, consult on, and implement new initiatives to promote JRF as an employer of choice.

7. Wellbeing Programs:
- Develop or source wellbeing programs to meet employee needs.
- Include learning platforms or wellbeing platforms.

8. Internal Grievances:
- Receive all formal internal grievances.
- Ensure proper reporting for HR Management to take appropriate actions based on JRF policies and procedures.

9. Administration and Reporting:
- Ensure timely and systematic administration of HR matters related to documentation and reporting.
- Update HR Management Information (HRMI) weekly reports in a timely manner.

10. Other Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager to ensure smooth ongoing HR processes.

- 3-5 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
