Core Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Reporting:
- Assist in collecting data and information to prepare project progress reports.
- Enter data on the system and file all related documents for project documentation.
- Create and maintain an organized database by regularly updating it for detailed and accurate documentation.
- Ensure that all project-related documents are properly documented and archived for data preservation.

2. Project Support:
- Support the project team with needed data and maintain financial expenditures to facilitate project activities.
- Assist in conducting field visits and follow up on component activities to ensure implementation according to the project's plan.
- Communicate effectively with beneficiaries and provide support when needed.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any related field.
- Good English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken).
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Basic skills in using computer programs and applications.
- Ability to handle work pressure and willingness to work within a team.
