Job Title: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel premises. Your responsibilities include assigning tasks to team members, conducting inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and upholding the highest standards of guest service. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Allocate work duties to team members to ensure smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department.
- Conduct routine inspections of check-out rooms and perform spot checks of occupied rooms to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Regularly inspect service areas, storage rooms, and corridors to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning projects and other special tasks as required.
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other team members to ensure their performance meets required standards.
- Efficiently manage stock control and equipment maintenance to support daily operations.
- Provide excellent guest service, including attending to VIP and other special requirements promptly and courteously.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel brand standards and policies at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer operations and software applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
