Recreational Attendant

Job Title: Recreational Attendant

A Recreational Attendant is responsible for ensuring the guest experience while they enjoy the Hotel’s Recreational facilities, including the Pool and Spa area. The key responsibilities include:

- Greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
- Assisting guests with their needs related to the pool/beach area.
- Responding to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the general pool/beach area, including organizing furniture and collecting towels.
- Confirming guest registration before issuing resort property.
- Monitoring product inventory to minimize the loss of resort property.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the following:

- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

ADVANTAGEOUS CAPABILITIES:

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following:

- Previous customer service experience.
