Job Description

Job Title: Spa Sales Executive

Position Summary:
As a Spa Sales Executive, you play a vital role in ensuring that guests and members have an exceptional experience at our spa facilities. You will greet and assist clients, promote resort memberships, and actively sell spa products and services. Additionally, you will manage customer feedback effectively and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. Your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and your ability to drive sales will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Promote resort memberships and accompany interested parties around the resort to showcase memberships, ESPA Life, and fitness activities.
- Actively promote spa products and services to guests and members.
- Assist Spa Reception with reservations for treatments and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage guest feedback effectively, escalating challenges or compliments to enable continuous improvement.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Interact and communicate effectively with members, guests, management, and team members.
- Upsell spa treatments and memberships to meet monthly targets.
- Report accidents, maintenance issues, and other incidents promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and attend ESPA Life training.
- Retail ESPA products after each treatment and sell gift cards.
- Offer spa tours to guests and visitors, maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, adhering to ESPA Life, Forbes, and LQA standards.

- Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
