As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing Guests with food and drinks efficiently and according to proper procedure and bar regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly.
- Creating and serving a range of beverages, including classic cocktails and soft drinks.
- Taking food orders and assisting the floor team with deliveries as needed.
- Understanding menu content, any changes, and promotional activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and preparation of the service area.
- Efficiently managing the proper settlement of all customer accounts.
- Answering guest queries politely and helpfully.
- Following correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
- Adhering to Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
- Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
