As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the functioning of all departmental employees and facilities, including Reception, Guest Service Center, Bell team, Drivers, Concierge, Guest Experience, and Night shift. Your duties will involve developing and maintaining a motivational working environment within the department, leading team member performance appraisals, coordinating work across various sections of the Front Office, overseeing the work schedule and leave planning, hyper-collaborating with other departments, monitoring Front Office inventory, providing coaching and counseling to team members, maximizing quality levels of product and service, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, leading upselling and cross-selling initiatives, monitoring daily arrivals and VIP requests, conducting regular room and floor inspections, and leading the management morning briefing report on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Luxury hospitality experience of 2-4 years in a related field or a minimum of 2 years' experience in the same role.
- An in-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure, or service sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
- Genuine passion for people and the industry.
