Job Description:
As a Hospitality Service Associate, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across all departments to ensure timely service and the smooth operation of our establishment. Your role involves adhering to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in all departments to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Understand and adhere to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures related to guest service, operational procedures, and personal grooming standards.
- Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason, ensuring seamless coverage.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of hotel services and facilities to address guest inquiries effectively.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Fulfill all reasonable work-related requests from managers or supervisors to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence.
- Maintain your station in accordance with established standards at all times, including cleanliness and organization.
- Develop a thorough understanding of menus and utilize Point-of-Sale equipment accurately.
- Adhere to strict security measures when entering guest rooms to respect guests' privacy rights.
- Actively participate in training meetings to enhance professional skills and improve guest satisfaction.
- Check corridors for trays when returning from taking orders and clean and break down trays in the dish area.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations is preferred.
- Passion for delivering excellent service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Ability to work in a remote location.
