Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading maintenance service providers in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create 2D and 3D plans for architectural, joinery, and interior design projects, with detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-outs.
- Develop freehand section details for on-site personnel.
- Generate comprehensive material lists for projects.
- Oversee the execution of interior works in accordance with design specifications.
- Produce shop drawings, plans, and as-built drawings that align with site conditions and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Qualifications:
- Open to any Asian national
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience as a Draftsman
- Demonstrated competence in AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience in overseeing design aspects of assigned Fit Out projects, involving interaction with clients and various departments.
