Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: 6-month contract (renewable as needed)
Salary: Up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, over the phone, email, or in-person visits. Provide accurate information about the foundation's services, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
Investigate and address customer complaints, concerns, or issues, ensuring timely resolution while adhering to established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Guide visitors through the application process for the foundation's programs, explaining eligibility requirements, necessary documentation, deadlines, and any additional steps involved.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and case details using the foundation's designated systems or databases.
Compile reports and provide statistical data related to customer service activities, as requested by management.
Qualifications:
Open to Emirati and Comoros nationals
Male, 22 to 35 years old
At least high school graduate
Minimum 6 months of customer-facing/customer service experience
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
