Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients. Your key responsibilities include:
Identifying the needs of customers, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions.
Upselling other products whenever opportunities arise.
Skills:

Age Limit – 35 years.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or similar.
Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center.
