Our esteemed client is a highly respected multi-national IT group based in Dubai, and they are actively seeking a dedicated Site IT Technical Support to join their team.
Job Description:
As a Site IT Technical Support, your role will be critical, and your key responsibilities will include:
Performing the installation of personal computers, external and internal peripherals, and operating systems.
Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving abnormal situations related to the hardware, operating systems, or general application software on personal computers.
Managing a variety of computer equipment, including computer terminals, printers, modems, personal computers, and data communication equipment.
Logging all service requests and calls to the SD application (ServiceNow Platform).
Maintaining up-to-date inventory and documentation on all computers and peripherals.
Skills:
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and Arabic nationals.
Maximum age of 40 years.
A bachelor's degree program in Computer/IT or any related discipline is required.
Proficiency in hardware support for smartphones and PCs, including brands like HP, Xerox, Apple, Microsoft, Dell, and more.
