Job Description
Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Shift Supervision:
- Oversee the day shift restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with the mid-shift supervisor and report to the operation manager.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and assign duties, shifts, and supervise staff in their daily job-related functions.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
3. Staff Training:
- Train staff on menu knowledge and standard service procedures.
- Ensure that staff is well-informed and equipped to deliver high-quality service.
4. Operational Support:
- Assist in mis-en-place activities and restaurant layout arrangements.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a well-organized and efficient working environment.
Skills Qualifications:
- Open to European and Arabic nationals.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
