Job Description: Commis Chef – Pastry
Responsibilities:
1. Pastry Preparation:
- Prepare high-quality pastry items following specified recipes and adhering to HACCP standards.
- Efficiently manage food production in the pastry section as directed by the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie.
2. Quality Control:
- Ensure the safe and quality production of food items, meeting the highest standards set by the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation for guest satisfaction.
3. Standards Compliance:
- Adhere to and maintain all standards established by the Sous Chef/Chef De Partie.
- Uphold the highest standards in food quality and control for all food products served in various areas.
Skills Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals.
- Maximum age of 38 years.
- High school graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pastry section.
- Basic Food Handling (BFH) certificate is a must.
- Knowledgeable in pastry and baking, cooking methods, knife handling, and cooking processes.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
