One of the best cafes in the UAE that specializes in crafting specialty coffee.
Job Description:
1. Kitchen Team Management:
- Responsible for the kitchen team's delivery of high-quality, brilliant food that leads to exceptional customer experiences.
2. Menu Knowledge:
- Maintains expert knowledge of menus and shares this knowledge with the team.
3. Food Preparation and Presentation:
- Ensures that a wide range of carefully designed dishes are prepared, presented, and delivered with pride and precision as per the specifications.
4. Customer Experience:
- Delivers exceptional customer experiences by ensuring that the team prioritizes spec-perfect dishes every time.
- Works with the front of house team to ensure that any delays or errors are corrected immediately.
5. Team Environment:
- Creates an environment where team members thrive at work, allowing them to be their authentic selves.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role, preferably with expertise and experience in European cuisines, focusing on a specialty coffee menu aligned with the branch's concept.
- Valid UAE Driver's License and own car.
