Job Description
Position Title: Business Development Manager
1. Market Research:
- Conduct market research specific to luxury lifestyle needs to analyze trends and understand market competition.
2. Client Engagement:
- Identify and engage prospective clients, pitch services effectively, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
3. Alliance Building:
- Establish alliances with relevant businesses and service providers to enhance service offerings and expand the company's reach.
4. Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.
5. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the management team to set growth targets, always keeping the service top-notch and personal.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury concierge services.
- Ability to effectively pitch services and negotiate deals.
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end lifestyle preferences, luxury travel, entertainment, and experiences.
