Job Description: Demand Planner
Responsibilities:
1. Forecast Development:
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
- Utilize historical data and market analysis to enhance demand forecasting accuracy.
2. Risk Assessment:
- Support management by conducting risk assessments and proposing mitigation activities.
- Identify potential challenges and provide proactive solutions to address demand-related issues.
3. Forecast Maintenance:
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and adjustments as necessary.
4. Communication and Reporting:
- Effectively communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Skills Qualifications:
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role in the FMCG (Food) industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields.
- Strong knowledge of demand/supply planning processes.
- Expertise in demand forecast analysis and determining supply considering stock, on-order, and lead time.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
