Job Description: Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion:
- Identify and establish relationships with local perfume shops for expanding distribution and increasing sales.
- Address concerns and ensure satisfaction of perfume shop owners and buyers.
2. Product Presentation:
- Present and promote the company's perfume products effectively to potential clients.
- Showcase product features and benefits to create interest and drive sales.
3. Negotiation and Sales:
- Negotiate favorable terms with clients, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with perfume shops to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely product delivery.
4. Performance Tracking:
- Track sales performance and analyze data to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
Skills Qualifications:
- Open to European and Arabic nationals.
- Female candidates with a maximum age of 35 years.
- Diploma or any relevant certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience in the cosmetic/perfume industry.
- B2B sales experience with existing contacts of perfume shop owners is highly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
