One of the leading local law firms providing expert legal advice and representation across all industries in the UAE.
Job Description:
1. Legal Representation:
- Representing clients before all courts in the UAE, including attending court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
2. Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to prepare strong arguments and defence strategies.
3. Legal Advice:
- Providing legal advice and counselling to clients on various legal matters, including contracts, disputes, and legal compliance.
4. Negotiations:
- Meeting with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate settlements and reach favourable outcomes.
5. Documentation and Presentation:
- Preparing and presenting legal briefs, motions, and arguments before the courts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a UAE national
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Able to multi-task effectively, including having good planning and organizing skills, and to produce high-quality results under time pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of the legal system, laws, and regulations in the UAE.
- Strong and clearly evidenced analytical skill.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a legal team.
