Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:
- Interact with customers over the phone by taking outbound calls and answering inquiries about the services.
2. Outbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to introduce company promotions, follow up with potential sales leads, and enroll customers.
3. Enrollment Process:
- Accurately enroll customers in the system and obtain acknowledgment from the customer.
4. Sales Attainment:
- Attain sales for the branch by keeping customers informed of current programs and trainer availability.
Skills Qualifications:
- Female, 25 to 39 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role; open to home country experience.
- Experience in taking inbound and outbound calls.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
