Job Description:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions for the transportation of luxury cars.
2. Key Accounts Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Regularly conduct business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
3. Market Analysis:
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide up-to-date reports to the leadership team based on market insights.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of strong sales background in shipping, logistics, or corporate.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly presentable demeanor.
- Comfortable with following deadlines in a busy environment.
