Job Description
Position Title: Sales Executive
1. Sales Support:
- Provide sales support to facilitate the closing of business deals.
- Offer competitive quotes and order reports to the sales team.
2. Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing and other terms with suppliers.
3. Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for the fulfilment of customer orders.
4. Quick Turnaround:
- Ensure a quick turnaround time on quotes and respond promptly to requests.
5. Customer Communication:
- Communicate with customers about the status of their orders.
6. Inquiry Handling:
- Handle inquiries from customers, vendors, and the internal team, providing resolutions within the specified timeframe.
7. Point of Contact:
- Act as a point of contact for back-office responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Open to Indian and Filipino nationals.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling either hardware or software IT products.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized.
