Job Description
Position Title: Department Head (Retail Sales)
About the Client:
One of the leading distributors and manufacturers of food and beverages in the UAE.
1. Sales Strategy:
- Analyze sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize current ones.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing customers/accounts.
2. Sales Management:
- Accountable for delivering Sales, distribution, and growth objectives aligned with market potential and yearly company strategy.
- Manage in-market sales through effective monthly sales forecasting and stock management.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales team, analyzing sales data on a daily basis with the team.
- Motivate the workforce through effective leadership and public speaking skills.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Proficient with numbers to analyze sales data and produce reports.
- Strong presentation skills and MIS report presentation skills.
5. Requirements:
- Open to Western and Arabic nationals, 40 years old and below.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role with major UAE Key Accounts.
- Successful previous experience as Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience with FMCG distribution Multi-National companies in the UAE handling several brands.
- Proficient in sales software and industry best practices.
- Ability to travel across sales territories or regions frequently.
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
