A private co-educational K-12 day school in Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:

1. Curriculum Development:
- Develop an annual and quarterly plan for the curriculum according to the content and performance standards.

2. Educational Learning Process:
- Manage the educational learning process in accordance with modern learning strategies and effective learning, employing educational tools according to the daily plan.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and design various tests and exams, evaluate and measure students’ performance, analyse results, and complete evaluation and documentation work in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Student Interaction:
- Deal with all students professionally and fairly, coordinating with the counselling specialist to address special and individual cases, determining their needs for care and follow-up.

5. Communication and Coordination:
- Interact and coordinate with various parties to address educational problems, communicate with parents, and work to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

- 45 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in a specialized subject or related fields
- Educational qualification such as Teaching Diploma, PGCE, PGDE, or M.Ed.
- Minimum 1 year of similar work experience, preferably with a background from the American curriculum
- For non-native English speakers, IELTS is mandatory with at least a band 6 rating
- Open to home country experience.
