Position Title: Drilling and Workover Superintendent
Employment Type: 1-year contract (renewable)
Salary: All-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading oil and gas company in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Plan, manage, and monitor day-to-day operations of Exploration and Development Drilling, DST’s, Completions, Workover, HWU/Snubbing, P&A, UBCTD, Rigless Intervention, Well Integrity, and Civil Work contractors.
- Ensure well operations programs are accurately followed and execution is successful.
2. Budget and Compliance:
- Manage drilling and workover budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company’s HSE regulations, procedures, and standards.
3. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare quality regular reports and documentation related to drilling and workover activities.
4. Stakeholder Liaison:
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including senior management, regulatory bodies, partners, and other departments.
5. Emergency Coordination:
- Coordinate during emergency events for drilling and workover operations with the company’s IRT.
6. Site Management:
- Liaise on Civil Work site construction for drilling and well intervention operations.
7. Procurement and HSE:
- Liaise with PSCM for technical scope and technical evaluation of tenders.
- Collaborate with HSE Drilling Superintendent on QHSE matters.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Petroleum Engineering).
- Valid IWCF Level 4 Drilling Supervisor Certificate and valid H2S OPITO Certificate.
- Minimum of 10 years as DSV and 5 years as DS for onshore operations.
- Proficiency in project management and budgeting.
- Willingness to travel to well sites.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
